As part of treatment for your current injury/s, you will be introduced to a comprehensive screen for injury risk. Our team will work with you to identify potential risk factors to common injuries, then develop a plan to reduce your susceptibility to injury or further injury based upon the results. This plan will be incorporated into the plan for any current issues, helping to not only fix the problem but to reduce the risk of future injuries as well.

What to expect from your exercise rehabilitation programme

Assessment of your current movement capabilities, strength and injury risk via a series of screening methods.

  • May include anthropometric measurements: body fat, weight, height, etc.

Discussion and explanation of appropriate exercises, training intensity, volume and frequency.
