Mitch is a Graduate Sport Rehabilitator and a registered member of BASRaT, as well as a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). He holds a BSc (Hons) in Sport Rehabilitation from the University of Hull and an MSc in Clinical Anatomy and Education from Hull York Medical School. Mitch works with patients of all activity levels, with particular experience in Rugby Union. He supports patients through rehabilitation, injury prevention, and return to activity, using evidence-based approaches tailored to individual needs. Alongside his clinical role, Mitch also lectures on the BSc Sport Rehabilitation programme, teaching across several different modules. He takes a clear and practical approach to communication, helping patients understand their injury and the rehabilitation process. He has keen research interests including areas of pedagogy and methods to enhance education, alongside the application of therapeutic modalities to support effective rehabilitation outcomes.
