Jimmy is a Graduate Sport Rehabilitator with a particular passion for strength and conditioning, holding a BSc in Sport Rehabilitation and a MSc in Clinical Exercise Physiology. Jimmy is currently completing doctoral research exploring hamstring muscle architecture, performance, and injury risk in elite athletes, alongside contributing to teaching within university sport and rehabilitation programmes. Previously, Jimmy served as Head of Strength and Conditioning at Hull Kingston Rovers (Hull KR), leading the physical preparation, performance development, and return-to-play processes within an elite professional rugby league environment. Jimmy's experience lies across sport and clinical environments, supporting physical development, rehabilitation, and performance through integrated strength and conditioning, load monitoring, and performance profiling. Jimmy has a particular focus on athletic development, injury prevention, and performance optimisation, alongside research that hopes to direct and inform applied practice within the clinic environment.
